Invented on: Feb 17, 2008Helps to protect The Day are a four-piece from New Jersey, a band who once were more of a Melodic Hardcore/Emo band than any other thing, but at present occupy more of an Indie Rock sound. Their 'Stick around What You Are' album I should declare blurs the bounds of Indie Rock and Emo; it's actually not in whole either but what may just be mentioned of it is certainly that it is a superb album.
'Stick around What You Are' starts with the nice track 'At Your Funeral', the initial I ever heard from inside the band and the one which drew me to hearing to any longer inside their music. I first heard this one when its video was played on Kerrang Television back in 2001, it truly captured my eye and the music was explicitly gorgeous. free download ares Everything about 'At Your Funeral' appeals with me and I find myself that it's seemingly certainly one of my new music from the past few years. It's at present almost seven years on and I still play it nearly as heavily as when I first heard it, an actual indication of a breathtaking track. Gracefully melodic and ever a fun to pay attention to, as Helps to protect The Day progress through their 'Stick around What You Are' album they never disappoint.
Not merely does Helps to protect The Day 2001 divulge encompass 'At Your Funeral', but 'Freakish' also; an additional of my favorites of theirs. There's something enormously ares free infectious and highly hooking about 'Freakish', it's a track which I will be able to play time and again without tiring of. It is really a masterwork of a track and I believe it shows the band during their most positive light. It is certainly as soon as the band are generating sentimental anthems similar to this which I find myself they have been at their utmost. Their music has a tendency to have an analogous kind of sound on all of this album, but a pair of tracks certainly exceed expectations a little bit more than the rest, this inevitably being certainly one of them. 'Sure Tragedy' is an additional, but still ares download free this one makes itself known to you in a lightly distinct way. 'Sure Tragedy' is known as a minor speedier and edgier than several of the tracks here and consequently when hearing to this album it is certainly one which you cannot support but will see that. Even though it is which little bit speedier than the rest, it is certainly still quite as melodic and as perfect a gorgeous pop tinged Indie/Emo anthem as ever. The guitars on this one come belting through and this truly aides to put the track across and permit it to stand proud of the rest here.

Leaked on Vagrant Records (a record label the band have incidentally re-signed to because having leaked one album on the at present defunct DreamWorks Record Label), this is most one of my favourite discharges from Helps to protect The Day and is one which I should wholeheartedly suggest to all. It is certainly melodic music which you'll be able to loosen up and loosen up to, taking within the harmonious and effervescent flavours of Helps to protect The Day. Their 'Stick around What You Are' album is warm and cordial, an album that's great for cooling to afterwards a difficult hours work. Admittedly not an album for all, some might look for the music a bit too bitter-sweet for their liking, but with their 'Stick around What You Are' album the band are asking a great number of uncertainties of the entire world and their thirst for knowledge and lust for life is never-ending. Helps to protect The Day have aged enormously because liberating this album, but listening them contemplating such uncertainties as are inquired here and coming into during their quest for growth is always excellent to listen.
